Social Enterprise (SE) Programmes
The Real L.A.C.K. Facing the Deaf
- Language deprivation
- Attitude that does not affirm
- Community that excludes
- Knowledge that is limited
Our Mission in Addressing the Real L.A.C.K.
- Enable full language access to reach and teach the Deaf in their natural language (JSL). Inspire them to learn written English as a second language.
- Provide an affirming attitude towards Deaf identity as part of diversity created by God for His glory.
- Create an inclusive community that nurtures healthy identity development.
- Empower growing in knowledge of Jesus Christ as Lord, of own identity, and own role in being a functioning steward in the world.
